My brother built me an automated rental search system to help me find a home before my lease is up, and it has honestly been such a huge help. Instead of me having to search through rental sites every day, he created a system that automatically looks for homes that match what I need and sends me a weekly email with the best options. It searches multiple cities, filters by my budget and bedroom needs, prioritizes houses, adds townhomes if there aren’t enough homes available, and clearly shows which listings are new versus which ones are still available. It also includes links so I can quickly view more details and photos. This has made the rental search so much less stressful and much easier to stay on top of. He really listened to what I needed and built something practical that saves me time every week.
